First your existing sewer line is located and a small exploratory hole is dug to the pipe. Next the lateral system is attached to the line, the damage is located and the transitional liner is measured before being sent down the damaged sewer line. The liner materials have a reinforced scrim to eliminate stretch during the inversion process. The reinforcement scrim allows the liner to invert smoothly through the existing pipeline while preventing the liner from stretching. Our installers are able to line an existing pipeline without inverting into city sewer mains.
Once the liner is in place the epoxy resin begins to cure after 3 hours. This makes for a fast repair time! The epoxy resin has been formulated for all working temperatures, making a damaged sewer line fix possible in any season.
